The new 5-axis Integrex e-650H II multi-tasking machine meets the exacting requirements of hydraulic cylinder and component production. This particularly applies to custom designs that are manufactured in small quantities.

The Integrex e-650 II H combines all machining processes in a single piece of equipment. The turning/milling centre has a large tool magazine with highly accurate tool measurement to ensure optimum productivity through minimum set-up times. 5-axis simultaneous control makes it possible to completely machine both simple and highly complex workpieces. During the manufacturing process the operator is assisted by an e-Tower information centre. The unit has a maximum machining diameter of 920 mm with a machining length of 2,000 mm and can process workpieces with a maximum weight of 4,300 kg. In addition to its turning performance, the machine’s milling spindle produces so much power that high-pressure cooling has to be controlled via a separate circuit.
